Re: Air Arabia
They're OK, not the best but fine. You pay for your own food and soft drinks (no alcohol sold on board) as it's a budget airline and the foot room is a bit cramped but otherwise it's not too bad. I've flown with them many times and never had a problem with flight delays and such like. Your flight is not such a long one so it shouldn't be too bad. Oh, but coming out of Sharjah airport on your way back - big headache! There are not enough facilities at passport control, the queue system is a bit disorganized so people push and shove to try get ahead and you might be in for a long wait (depending on the time you arrive back to Sharjah). So just prepare yourself for it, don't expect to land back in Sharjah and be out if the airport in a jiffy. Other than that, enjoy your trip.

Re: Air Arabia
Have you booked Air Arabia online? I am thinking of doing this soon but a bit concerned about giving credit card details. Wondering whether its better to book online or wait and go through a travel agent in Dubai?

Re: Air Arabia
I always book them online, and haven't had a problem. Of course, there is always a risk giving out credit card details online, no matter how reliable a company may be. Air Arabia is a reputable company with a good business reputation so you shouldn't have problems. You could wait until you're here in Dubai before booking and book at a travel agent that deals with Air Arabia, but the problem with that is that the ticket prices go up the closer to the day of the flight - in other words the cheap deals are usually for tickets booked far in advance.

Re: Air Arabia
As others have said, it's a reliable and reasonably comfortable airline, the main drawback being the awful Sharjah airport. The good news is that said airport is being renovated, but it may be some time before it's ready.
As for booking online, Air Arabia has a secure website and it is highly unlikely that your credit card details would go astray.
