Hello, everyone! I wonder whether someone amongst you would be able to help me. I have been trying to book online on AirAsia from Johore Bahru to Kuching. When I fill in the guest details which includes the phone numbers, it is not accepted. The popup message says
" your phone number should  include the international calling code with only decimals ( I take it that this means numerals) from 0 to 9. Space, + are not allowed".
The phone numbers I enter are all numerals and still they are not accepted.
How do I get round this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

This message will also come up when you don't enter enough digits. For US for example it should be 1+areacode+number. E.g 17773333333

If everything else fails, try booking over the phone.

Malaysia    +60 3 8775 4000
Thailand    +66 2 515 9999
Indonesia    0804 1 333 333 (within Indonesia only) or +62 21 8089 9099
Singapore    +65 6733 9933
China    +86 59 2516 7777
Others    +60 3 8660 4343 (please dial your international prefix followed by the phone number)
