I am currently living in South Korea for 2-3 years, just got back from a trip to Thailand and I've been searching for cheap flights out of Korea (Incheon, Busan, anywhere) to other countries in Asia, especially Southeast Asia.  So far no luck.  Cebu Pacific doesn't come here, nor does Air Asia or Tiger.  I can't read Korean so I can't really do any searches on Korean websites.  Any help would be appreciated.

There are currently no budget airlines flying from Korea to international destinations. Tiger Airways is coming to Incheon next year. Until then try a local travel agent to see if there are any cheap charter flight to SE Asia.

I can redeem ticket from Singapore Airline. I am ready to offer these tickets at low price. Why? I just want to make some money out of the mileage I have accrued so far. Drop me a note at ludgenezen@yahoo.com if you are interested. I have enough mileage that can bring you to anywhere in Asia as well as Europe.
