Hi all

Im wanting to fly from bkk to phuket in August. Usually I just fly with the standard Thai Air or Bangkok Air
but Ive cottoned to these budget airlines. Nok and Air Asia..how safe are they , will they still be around in August? How long have they been operating?
If someone could fill in the gaps for me Id be most appreciated.

Nok Air is a subsidiary of Thai Airways and Bangkok to Phuket is one of their main routes.
AirAsia is the market leader in Asia, similar to Ryanair and EasyJet in Europe.

I think both are a safe bet.
