I found there is BKK to Phnom Penh (air Asia) ....you may get coach / ferry from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

Bangkok Airways has a monopoly on this route (BKK to Siem Reap) and their fares aren't exactly cheap.

Bangkok to Phnom Penh on AirAsia is definitely a cheaper alternative.
