It's been over 5 months since the crash, and based on the information we can gather from Thai forums and news, including the Thai Aviation Authority saying "No punishment will be imposed... because the accident was beyond control.", it is clear that no meaningful investigation is occurring.
I travel internationally; I want the airlines I fly to be safe. I want the people managing any airline I fly to be held accountable for their actions, because accountability improves safety.
