A warning to those wishing to use Jet2's on line debit / credit card booking system.
I have flown with Jet2 on many occassions from their main base at Leeds and have always found them to be ok. However after making two recent bookings with them they have decided to help themselves from my bank account to the tune of £102.
You might say just contact them it's a mistake, well you try calling them on a premium rate phone line at £0.50 per minute to be told after 9 minutes that they have no record of a payment. They're a greedy sham of a company and if they think they can treat customers like that then they won't last much longer.
I will get my money back but not for a while as my bank informs me that a charge back process can now take up to 21 days after they receive my letter.
