Based on the information available at the moment, AirAsia will remain at Suvarnabhumi. Only Thai Airways International, Nok Air and One Two Go have confirmed plans to move to Don Muang. Keep checking the airport website for latest news.

I expect that more airlines will move to Don Muang. There is already talk about some overseas flights. If Don Muang could offer cheaper landing and parking fees, some regional carriers may be tempted to use it instead of Suvarnabhumi.

I've heard that Nok Air is going to introduce some international flights later this year. This could mean that the international terminal at Don Muang will be re-opened or Nok Air will split flights between two airports (domestic at Don Muang, international at Suvarnabhumi)

Nok Air flights to Bangalore, and possible other international flights, will be operated from Suvarnabhumi, at least for now.
