Sama Airlines launched its Frequent Traveller Program for rewarding frequent travellers. This program is part of the “Just for You” customer care campaign, which was announced earlier this year. Frequent Traveller is providing one free trip for every 9 trips, via any of Sama’s sales centres or airport sales shops.
In this occasion, Mr. Samer Atawi, Chief Commercial officer said: “Sama has initiated the “Just for You” customer care campaign, to be a slogan for the current year, and a goal to achieve continuously. This campaign will include several initiatives on the operational side and marketing side, whether it is a new initiative or enhancement. One example is that we increased the total weight of passenger baggage allowance from 15 to 20 Kg. Today, we are proud to launch the Frequent Traveller Program to reward our guests who make Sama their favourite choice for smiply travel”.
