Hi there,
I'm trying hard to book a flight from Bangkok to Darwin return with Tiger Air and after booking I can´t type in the credit-Card-Details. Always a pop up window tells me "You do not need to fill out this information since all the cost will be paid by your credit account".
Doesn't matter what I try to type in.

The price is always shown at 0.00 Sing. $
 
One way is in November and the return flight is on march. Is that possibly to long?

Is there anybody who knows the problem?

Is there anybody who got an eMail address of Tiger Air? (I can`t find anything on the net).

Are you starting from scratch every time?  Did your reservation not take at all?  It almost sounds as if it took your information the first time and doesn't know what to do when you try again.  Did you check to see if your credit card was charged.

I had a problem with their site once and just went away and tried a few hours later and it worked.  I just don't remember what the problem was.

What browser do you use? I found that credit card validation does not work properly some of these sites if you use an obscure browser.

Firefox and Internet Explorer work fine for me when I make reservations with Tiger Airways.

BEWARE Tiger Airways - It seems impossible to find anyone to talk to or email at Tiger Airways when you have a problem you cannot solve

Eg I could not change a flight date for the first  leg of a booked return flight online, the computer wanted me to change both flights ................Huh??

Suggest book 2 one way flights next time?

I get to enter my card details, but then get denied everytime.  Really frustrating.  All other options cost at least 3 times as much.  And no email address to contact.
