Hi is there a transit facility/hall avaliable at the budget terminal at singapore so that you dont ned to go thru immigrations and customs,and a check in counter inside the transit hall so that indians do not need to get a visa just to transit thru singapore on tiger airways from bangalore or chennai onto vietnam (ho chi minh)transit time 6 hours in singapore. any ideas Mr. Bing?

There are no transit facilities at all in the budget terminal,everyone must get their luggage and go through immigration and then walk 200 metres to the departure hall and check-in when the counters open.
There are left luggage facilities in the departure hall so you go could leave your luggage and go into singapore itself for a couple of hours or so.
