I used to use www.whichbudget.com to see what budget airlines flew where.  I would enter a from and to country, and get a list of all the budget airlines that fly between the two.  But I just went there and that screen seems to be gone.  If I want to fly from the UK, I have to pick not only a city, but an airport (and there are five around London).  So I tried something simpler, and they didn't list some of the airlines I'm sure are on the route.

What happened?  Has anybody used it before?  Did I do something wrong?

Hi Cindy,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties using www.whichbudget.com website. Yes, you are right: for some reason, the list of airports grouped by city has disappeared from the list. This is a temporary issue, as we are working on a new, more powerful search. Please bare with us for a bit longer (especially as many of our developers are on holidays at the moment). I will post another message here as soon as the issue has been resolved.

As for the missing routes, please do not hesitate to let us know if you come across a new/discontinued route. We have a dedicated routes management team and they are updating routes on daily basis, so your help is much appreciated.

It is great to have this kind of feedback from our users. We listen to all comments and act upon it. Please do not hesitate to use our Contact Us pages (www.whichbudget.com/contact) to tell us what you think.

Regards,

Wow, I never expected a response from whichbudget itself (himself)!  Thank you for your response.  It's nice to know I haven't lost my mind!
